I finished putting it together and it was very easy for someone with no experience. After the first test ride I had to fix the back wheel since it kept overlapping the rim but after a few solutions I got it in place. The front breaks were rubbing so I watched a few videos, tinkered with it, and eventually got it to stop rubbing. Bow I have well performing breaks. Overall it's sturdy and performs amazing especially after you unlock the speed limit which is as simple as watching a quick video

I have 22 miles on the bike now and I like it alot. It performs very well. The only complaint I have is it was shipped with no air in the tires and it takes forever to get them to seal up on the rim. Other than that the bike is very good I like it.

I love this E-bike it goes anywhere you want to ride. I have owned other E-bikes before but none compares to this one. It has plenty of power to get you through your outing. It also has great traction for off-road riding but is very smooth on paved roads. You can also carry two people on it. . I highly recommend this bike to anyone looking for a strong sturdy bike. This bike is a great bike. It was also easy to assemble. It was mostly all put together.

This is a great bike if you want a little help along your riding journey. It is not like a motorcycle, but it does offer some awesome zip to your ride when going uphill or struggling to get moving.

I purchased this bicycle for my wife and she loves it. With the exception of the electric motor and disk brakes, it's a very basic bicycle that provides a comfortable ride. The electric hub motor gives it a nice boost for keeping up with faster and more athletic riders. I no longer have to wait on my wife who usually lags behind when we ride bikes together.

My brother purchased a Marshall as a camping bike. We all RV Camp together and we not young anymore. After trying his bike out, my wife and I were sold. We purchased two of these and are very happy with them. Had them about a year now and the battery holds the charge for a long time.. We store these in the shop during off season and even after sitting for a few months, the batter is still fully charged. These bikes allow us to really enjoy the new areas we visit.

This bike is so comfortable, so smooth andvso easy to peddle without assistance. With the lowest peddle assist it will take off like a rocket so be prepared!!! It rides great on pavement and sand trails. The gears shift smoothly and I've found taking off in 2nd is perfect for me. I'm 5'2 and my seatbus in the lowest position and it is perfect. I love the color!!!

This bike is such a pleasure to ride! I've had the GUNAI GN27 for almost 3 months and I absolutely love it! I previously used my PUBLIC C7 bike to commute back and forth to work, but this GUNAI GN27 just makes the commute so much lovelier with the ability to go easy and fast on days when I just don't want to put a lot of energy into getting home. The pedal assist is great when I've had a long, tiring day! I live in the mountains where even "flat" roads feel like an incline or decline. The bike handles steep inclines really well.

The e-bike is really nice. The bike arrived on time with all the parts included in the box, along with tools for assembly. It took me nearly an hour to put it all together. It rides great both pedaling and riding on electric. I have been using this bike for my daily commute to and from work,I have also taken it on some trail rides, and it has been a blast every time. The bike handles and feels very nice. This is a great purchase, and my wife and I are very happy with it.

With my busy schedule juggling classes and part-time work, this bike has been really helpful. It’s much quicker to get to school than walking, and once I’m on campus, I can easily find a spot to lock it up without worrying about parking. I was initially concerned that the bike might be a bit heavy, but it’s actually well-balanced and handles bumps on the road quite well, thanks to the front suspension. The brakes work reliably, and the battery lasts long enough for all my usual trips. It also gets a lot of compliments from friends, which is always nice. If you’re looking to save some commuting time without the hassle of parking, I’d recommend giving it a try.

I decided to buy this bike after seeing a colleague with it. I borrowed it for a test ride and was blown away by the experience—it’s fast, smooth, and handles really well. The 750W motor provides excellent speed and stability,. For beginners, I’d recommend starting with lower speeds to get used to the bike’s power. The bike’s weight can make it feel a bit different from regular bikes, so practice braking and turning in a safe area before hitting busy streets. It’s also great for grocery runs or last-minute errands—much easier than dealing with a car!

We bought this for our teenage son to help him get around until he can drive. He enjoys the bike. He wanted an e-bike but we wanted/needed something in a more reasonable price point than some other ones he looked at.We do wish the battery lasted a bit longer … we live in a hilly area and a 10 mile ride about uses the battery by the time he gets home since there’s a lot of uphill stretches. Overall so far we are happy with the purchase and the support. (Been using for about 6 weeks.) His first ride the back tire popped (just the tube) and we were sent a replacement tube.Product support was pleasant and helpful to get the replacement tube.

I’ve been using this e-bike for a week now, and so far, it’s been a fantastic experience. The 750W peak motor is powerful enough to handle most terrains, whether I’m riding on city streets or tackling rougher paths and the shock absorbers make the ride smooth even on uneven surfaces.

I lost 200 pounds after gastric bypass surgery and this e bike is first time I have rode a bike in over 25 years! easy to set up/assemble, price is very competitive and I think this bike is way better than other e bikes costing way more money, highly recommend

I got the bike for my wife and she loves it. The bike rides very smooth and is comfortable to ride. The battery life is amazing on this model and you can ride for many miles in the full electric mode going 20 mph. This bike was recommended to us by a friend and we are glad we purchased it. Has been a few months and have had zero issues.

They really stand by their warranty 100 percent they mailed me a new fender and a new battery charger customer service is beyond anything that I have ever experienced no matter what the issue is they are there for the customer no questions and b/s that other company has this is my second e bike and I love it to the max I would not even think about anybody else for a bike if this dies down the road a ways this is the only one that I would buy again and as for being solid it is the best .well I gotta go loving the bike

Purchased to use this hunting season. First time out on back woods trails, and roads was great. Very impressed with the bike. My wife rode it and told me to order her one too. So we’ve got two e-bikes now and we’re enjoying them very much.

The product arrived on time. The product was easy to assemble. I got it out and I used it right away… appearance was awesome. The comfort was very good. I found it easy to ride. keep that in mind I use it to run to the store and I also use it to go fishing to mount my fishing rods on the back and my tacklebox to the back of the bicycle. I am very satisfied with my purchase

This bike is way more than I thought it would be. Build well and the motor is stout I’m 6’1” 210 lbs. and have no issues going any where I want to go. This is a great product. Well with the price!!!!

The bike is better quality than advertised. Customer service is outstanding as well. The box was damaged and I got an immediate response from customer service to have the damaged part sent to get the bike up and running. Also very easy and simple assembly instructions.

I am surprised at the value here basically an electric motorcycle or pedal assist which really works! Great brakes, easy assembly ( 1/2 hour ) max, nice handle bar feeling. Battery has been good. I’ve gone 25 miles and just to charge it now. It’s a big, heavy, wide ride but the motor makes it easy to ride.

This bike is great, the price even with tax and shipping is worth it. It has a sporting look has a little weight to it but very manable for me. (61 yr old women) Handles nice, adjustable shocks on front makes the ride nicer, has plenty of power if needed, gears are easily available. I would recommend this one to my friends and family.

I bought the GUNAI GN27 e-bike for my son as a gift. He says he thought assembling the bike would be difficult, but it was easy to assemble. It has all the accessories needed (a very sturdy frame, cushioned seat, air pump, stop on-a-dime brakes, signal lights, bright head light, a horn, a powerful battery and charger, fat tires and awesome suspension that absorbs all the bumps when riding, etc.). He loves his new E-bike. He says its worth every buck I paid for it, and more !!!
