Parking Heater Description

This parking heater operates without an external power supply, allowing you to warm up your car in winter without starting the engine. It features an independent water pump and oil pump, installed in series between the engine and the car heater tank. The heater draws electricity from the vehicle’s battery.

The oil pump, controlled by a computer, extracts a small amount of fuel from the vehicle’s original tank and sends it to the combustion chamber, where it is atomized and ignited by the spark plug. The heater’s heat exchange system then warms the antifreeze, which circulates through the engine, gradually increasing the temperature of both the engine and the car heater. The heater automatically stops when the water temperature reaches 60°C-80°C.

 

Parking Air Conditioning Principle

Parking air conditioning systems operate on the principle of heat transfer through the circulation of refrigerant. The refrigerant moves through the system in two distinct pressure-temperature modes, each causing the refrigerant to change state and absorb or release heat.

  1. Low Pressure, Low Temperature Mode: The refrigerant starts at the Thermal Expansion Valve (TXV) and flows through the evaporator. In this mode, the refrigerant’s pressure and temperature drop, changing from a medium temperature liquid to a low temperature vapor in the evaporator. This process absorbs heat from the surrounding air, cooling it.
  2. High Pressure, High Temperature Mode: From the electric air conditioning compressor, the refrigerant travels to the condenser. Here, the refrigerant’s pressure and temperature increase as it passes through the compressor. In the condenser, it releases heat to the atmosphere and transitions from a high temperature vapor to a medium to high temperature liquid.

This continuous cycle efficiently transfers heat and maintains a comfortable temperature within the vehicle’s cab.
