Easy to assemble, good looking, powerful, and best of all it was packaged so good, everything was wrapped in foam so that it had no scratches or wear marks. It truly looks like a new bike.

When I received the bike, I was very pleased of the way it looked, and it seem to be a pretty good quality. I love this bike. Can’t wait to go on a bike ride with my sons and grandkids. I had a question about the bike and the seller respond right away and was very helpful and very kind.

This revue is for the City Bike. I have mixed feelings about this bike. It is a great looking bike that is very well built. It is perfect for city riding. gearing is plenty for around town and a few hills here and there. I bought the bike for my wife and she loves the looks of the bike, When the electronics are working normally, this will be a super bike. I have an ebike and I look forward to my wife and I enjoying rides together. I will update this revue as needed.

I purchased this bike for my daughter to commute to class. It is well made and easy to put together. I did have a slight issue that I was able to resolve on my own before the company replied to me. They were prompt to reply, however. I would give it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and say “buy it!!”

The bike has a decent speed and smooth ride. The brakes are responsive and feels solid safe. Overall this bike are 100% so much fun. Never been excited for another day ride. I'm still not sure about the customer service but some reviews says they never had problem so let see. A+ on this bike. I highly recommended it.

I am 60 and still active. I thought I wanted an ebike, but the price point on most bikes made me balk. What if I spent all that money and didn't like it? I thought about renting one but there are no rental shops in my area. I figured for this price, if I didn't like it I could pass it on to one of the grand kids. The Tour 820 came extremely well packaged (some will complain too well). Really? Get yourself a good pair of kitchen scissors and just marvel at how well it is packaged. Assembly is straight forward. Only issue I had was that the two bolts that hold the rear gear protector in place were not in the bag as the directions indicated. But they were present. They were in the holes already. Just had to remove them put the cage in place and re-install them. Tires both had air in them but no where near operating pressure. Battery came charged. Between the adjustment for the handlebars and seat height, I believe most can find a comfortable riding position. IF you ride it to zero battery level, you can still ride it as a regular bike (it will be a workout), but you won't be stranded. For me, it's the perfect entry level bike and just what I was looking for

Assembly was straight forward and took less than an hour. Came with all tools needed to assemble. Basically consists of installing the front brake disc to the hub, installing the front wheel, handle bars, seat, pedals and reflectors. Everything in my box was well packed with lots of foam and wrapping. Battery came 3/4 of the way charged and by the time it was assemble had a full charge. Speed - It's pretty fast when using all-electric mode. I was able to get up to 22mph on flat pavement and was still gaining speed before the road ended. It was purchased for my grandson and he was able to get up to 25mph. The bike itself seems pretty rugged. Shipping was fast going Only took a week for delivery.

The company reached out to us and offered to send replacement parts once we shared the error code with them and few pictures. We were able to replace the parts with the help of a DYI video link they shared. It’s all good now. We really appreciate their prompt support. Great customer service. Updating my rating to 4 stars. Will see how it goes from now on.

I bought this scooter to ride around the neighborhood and I love it! With a max speed of around 25 kmh for my size this thing moves! I felt like a kid riding it to and from a friend's house. My kids love it too. Super easy to assemble, sturdy construction too. The app is full of great features as well. This scooter was a great investment for me!

Great for trail riding. Carries all my gear. Let's me go further without Waring out my knees or hips. Scouting and exploring! Not to mention how ecsilerating riding it is. I'm 50 and its a blast. Prolly get another for my wife.

Very nice and easy to put together but please go over all the bolts and tighten them. I will do an update on the bike after I ride it a few miles. Update!! This bike is amazing easy to ride and it has plenty of power can’t wait for the snow to go away. And for a short person like my self it’s perfect. You will be very happy with it.

We bought 2, rode for the first time yesterday on rails to trails. We're in our late 50's and found them to be easy enough to assemble, handled well, a little heavier than I'd prefer but it's a strong made bike. Done! 5 stars 🌟 Great customer service!

I just bought this Tour 820 bike back in December of 2023 and it is hands down one of the best made bikes I’ve ridden, if not the best. For the price this definitely gives the competition bikes that sell for over $3k a run for their money. Don’t hesitate, get this bike. Also, the amazing customer service that I was provided by AOVO is amazing in itself. They have been very very great with answering any and all questions or concerns I had. This bike is so fun and I am extremely happy! Saves me money on gas as my daily commute for work. It’s comfortable and smooth. Get it you won’t regret it. I also bought the assurion insurance for 2 years for added peace of mind if anything happens to it.

My wife has joint problems and needed a bike that was stable and did not put pressure on her leg joints. This bike has a beautiful design. The adjustable seat and handlebar could make a more comfortable riding experience for her. Well done!

Well I ordered mine and received it at my doorstep in four days. The Tour 820 is built very well and attention to detail is absolutely amazing. I weigh 255 and this bike barely knows I’m on it. The rear shock is air so it can be adjusted for your weight or riding ability which is very nice. The packaging was very professional and there was not a scratch on the bike. You will not beat this price.

Recieved my Tour 820 bike one week after placing the order.Bike came by truck extremely well packaged and I cannot find any damage at all.The build quality is excellent.I cannot find any flaws in its construction although the manual could be alot better and customer service could be better but all in all a great bike at an even better pric.I have hardly scratched the surface of what this bike is capable of.Zero regrets on this purchase.

Received my e-bike last week and it's exactly what I needed. Delivery was surprisingly quick and getting it set up was no hassle at all. The power is more than enough for my weekend rides, and the suspension handles the local trails like a champ. Good job, , for a solid, reliable ride.
