Below please find some of the most common reasons for this type of situation:
– The full name and shipping address of your PayPal account do not match the details you entered for this order. We have tried to contact you but have not received your response within a reasonable period of time. For this reason, we may have canceled your order.
– One or more of the products contained in your order were out of stock. If we do not receive a response from you within 5 days after contacting you for the first time, we will send you a refund of your purchase.

If one or more of your products have stopped working within their warranty period, we will be glad to assist you as shown here.

If the warranty period has already expired, we can still repair or send you some spare parts of these products.

Refund process:
- Contact our sales-after staff via E-mail: wikeebuy@gmail.com issue a refund request if your product has a problem, and can not solve the problem under the guidance of our engineer.
- We will send you a shipment return sheet, you can use the shipment return sheet to send the order products back.
- After our warehouse staff confirms the order has arrived, we will arrange a refund, the shipping time may take 7-10 days.
